Brenda Jackson has done it again. I started this morning andI just finished reading this book. I love it the story of Sudan and Jillian was super sexy. It was definitely something about how Aidan carried himself and his swagger. I understood what Jillian felt. The story pulled me in I was happy and sad but fun. The sex scenes were steamy let's just say WOW for that "lap dance" The setting was great made the story interesting. Can't wait to see what cones for Bailey and Bane. Yay it's more Westmoreland's out there the stories won't end. It was great seeing some old familiar names. Will be reading this book again.

Nice reading once you begin you can't,put it down. This wasn't hot on sex like most of Brenda books are ,a sixteen year old could really read this book. Secrets can mess up your like my mom always say what's done in the dark will come to light,and Jillian and Adian almost lost each other trying to hide their love .
Aidan and Jillian was having an affair for three years hiding it from her family. Both living in two different city's. Jillian broke up with Aidan because his friends was giving him s surprise birthday party with strippers. Jillian came to town to surprise and found out that there was a party going on and Aidan with a stripper giving him a lap dance. Jillian took a cruise for two weeks after finishing medical school. Aidan followed her to try to win her back. I would recommend this book to anyone.
I like all the Westmoreland Series books - some more than the others. This one was OK and almost felt like a space filler, It's kind of hard to rate them as you pretty much know what you're about to read. Most people read these books because they are invested in the series and have a connection with the characters.

We've known for quite a while that Jilly and Aidan had a secret romance going on.... A Secret Affair finally gives us the background to that romance as well as the issues the couple faced.

If you're a fan, you'll get some answers, it also provides a hint to the "other Westomorelands" and a possibility of Bailey finding romance.

I look forward to and will be reading the next one in the series... Which I'm hoping is finally Bane and Crystal's story.
Aidan Westmoreland is a sexy Alpha Male who falls for his cousin's sister in law. What hit Aidan, he wasn't sure, but he knew something had changed in his life forever. Brenda Jackson does it again. Aiden and Jillian's story was worth the wait! HOT HOT HOT. I read this book in 3 and a half hours. I can't wait for Bailey and Bane's books to come out. Thanks Mrs. Jackson for making my day! Great job as always!
The secret is how Mrs. Jackson continues to write wonderful love stories that warm your heart. In this story, Aidan Westmoreland really wanted Jillian Novak in a way that he couldn't understand but was secretly wishing that he didn't have to. Jillian and Aidan were attractive to one another from the start, he noticed her and she noticed him. Neither wanted to let on that they liked each nor did they want anyone else to know - hence the secret begins.

This story has a sense of youthfulness with the main heroine. She has a lot to learn when it comes to sex, affairs, trust, men, etc., but have no fear, there is a Westmoreland ready to educate her on all of the above - Dr. Aidan Westmoreland. He is so ready to do house calls, plane rides, horse-backing riding, cruising the Mediterranean and even playing a game of secrets.

Their affair has some misunderstanding and miscommunication along the way that just kept their secret hard to uphold. Keep in mind; this is a Brenda Jackson story so there is always a good courtship and sensual love scenes and language. OK - Enough!! I won't tell the whole story because I want you to read it for yourself.

You have to find out whether this whole Secret Affair is worthy of your praise and it was for me. I really enjoyed this story.
This is definitely not the story I was expecting. I will not do a blow by blow account of the plot since no one gave me a free book for a honest review. Here is my honest review The secret affair should have been called the "the predictable affair" or "I was written on autopilot, before I had my first cup of coffee affair." What a waste of a tree, if you bought the book, or a waste of space on kindle, if you downloaded it like i did. The plot was bland and predictable. The westmorelands have had it. Let's move on to something else not another branch of the Westmoreland family tree. I recognize a setup when i read one, like when the heroine saw a Westmoreland look-alike on her trip....OH REALLY NOW......Show your fans you can write about someone else.....and i don't mean the Madaris family either. They've had it too. Brenda Jackson is an awesome writer but the time has come to call this series a wrap.
